This is my the ending gameplay of Assassin's Creed III that I've streamed live in twitch and later I did export it in youtube.
I'm going to share both links here so that you may watch my gameplay without any problem.

About the gameplay:
Desmond Miles came out of the animus after the last sequence got finished. The first thing that Desmond said was "I know where the key is". Yes, now we all know that Connor hid the key under the grave. Desmond's father suggested that they should go to retrieve the key. Then they went to the land of Achilles.
Here's the grave of Achilles Davenport.
Desmond retrieved the key from the grave and then they returned to their place.
Then I and Desmond had the objective to find the remaining pedestals and plug in the power sources to power up the place. At first I got confused about where to find that remaining pedestals and then I remembered that there was a path opened while I was out of animus the last time. So I started running towards that.
Then at last I've found the pedestals and Desmond plugged in the power sources.
Then all of them went near the big gate. Desmond used the key and the gate got banished.
All of them then started walking towards and there was a big circle-shaped device.
The spirit named Juno came and asked Desmond to touch the device in order to save the world. Then Minerva from Brotherhood came over and asked Desmond not to touch the pedestal. The other spirit was surprised seeing Minerva and then they talked for sometimes among them. Minerva said that Juno dwells within the walls, awaiting release and touching on the pedestal will release her. Minerva started talking and said while they were trying to save the world, Juno wished to conquer it. Then Minerva also said that the world can't be saved now. And Juno refused and said Minerva was lying. Juno said again that one touch on the pedestal will save the world.
Then Juno asked Minerva to show something and Minerva said that Desmond won't understand but Desmond resisted. So Minerva started showing Desmond the consequences.
If Desmond heed Minerva by touching the pedestal then the sun will have its way.
The ground will crack and spit fire into the sky. All the world will burn.
But this doesn't end the world, merely heralds its arrival while darkness follows.
Then Desmond will emerge, Resolving to lay a foundation that such a tragedy doesn't befall the world again. Desmond will become a symbol to those who survive. Hope. Knowledge. Determination. Desmond will inspire them to rebuild. To thrive once more. And as the world heals, so too will humanity. But Desmond is just a man. Frail and mortal. He'll pass from the world, leaving behind only a memory, a legacy.
The thing is that Desmond will have to sacrifice him for the greater good of the future humanities.
And Desmond has decided to sacrifice himself.
After other peoples left the room, he touched the pedestal and it was like he was getting electric shock.
And fell down on the ground.
Then it was like the world was covered with some kind of shield or something. A news reporter was saying "It's some sort of global aurora borealis, never seen anything like this before, eyewitnesses describe electrical storms and erratic displays of unusual weather, residents being asked to reaming inside and wait for, geological surveys are now reporting seismic activity throughout the ring of fire, northeastern Canada is said to be experiencing the largest, on record, satellites and transformers are falling as the flare increases in intensity, Worldwide reports of blackouts and... seems to be receding, residual seismic and volcanic activity is being reported, but nothing approaching earlier levels...". After the news report, Desmond was on the ground, dead while Juno came there and said, "You played your part well, Desmond. Now it's time that I played mine.
End of the game.
