I am always thinking in terms of value exchange. I Post an article; engage with a few people; post threads, all in my bid to add value to the network so the reward i get is justified and I don't feel like shit when some bozo comes chatting shit in my mentions, talking about "you are just taking from the chain". Most people don't see it that way.
