I don't see how having a centralised body, owned by the community for the solace purpose of management the corporate aspects of the blockchain stops have from being decentralised. That is the least of my worries. Most blockchains are set up this way, the only difference with Hive is that this entity wont have a major stake and their power or legitimacy will come from the community.
