Over the whole epidemic, even with no vaccine, a high proportion will not even get covid
Of those who do, a significant proportion will have no symptoms
Of those who have symptoms, the great majority (80%) are mild
A minority are hospitalized and need only oxygen
A minority of that minority need ventilation
Even of the oldest at risk groups, most do not die
