✔️Did you know that the Great Barrier Reef is the only living thing you can see from space?
✔️It is the largest living system on earth 🐠!
✔️It spans over 2,300km and comprises of thousands of reefs and islands along the Australian East coast in Queensland, our base 😍!
✔️You can explore the reef in so many different ways, snorkelling🏊, diving, glass bottom vessels🛥️, scenic flights🛩️ etc.
✔️The reef is one of the 7 wonders of the natural world, and is a World Heritage Site due to its biodiversity.
✔️Over 1,500 fish species and 400 coral types can be found there. It is also home to the 🐢green turtle and dugong that are both sadly threatened of extinction.
✔️We took this beautiful photo on a flight over the whitsunday Islands area. This famous reef is called the Hardy reef.
✔️ The heart ❤️ is actually quite tiny, and the pilote tells you in advance so you don't miss it! The view of the reef from the sky is incredible!

✔️Elle s'étend sur plus de 2,300km le long de la cote est australienne dans l'Etat du Queensland.
✔️Vous pouvez explorer la barrière de corail de différentes façons: masque et tuba, plongée bouteille, bateau à fond de verre ou encore en avion!
✔️La barrière est l'une des 7 merveilles du monde naturel et est reconnue au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO pour sa biodiversité.
✔️On y trouve plus de 1,500 espèces de poissons et 400 types de coraux. C'est aussi l'habitat de la tortue verte et du lamantin tous deux menacés d'extinction.
✔️Cette photo a été prise lors d'un vol scénique au dessus des Whitsundays. Ce récif corallien, appelé Hardy est connu pour ce coeur❤️! Il est en fait très petit et le pilote prévient donc bien à l'avance pour ne pas le louper!
