So cool, Had never seen Yellow Dragon fruits! Actually found out just last week that they grow on cactus type of tree! Learning everyday! Did you try these?

The top of these mountains have some similar shape to the great canyon, less the actual canyon ahah! Very pretty, didyou some hikes there or more drive around?
