Yeah I'm pretty sure that's available in the API.

Abd I'm thinking of not using a single accounts vote to reward users. I think the community needs to vote. Then maybe every day have X amount of tokens distributed to those who posted with the reward based on their % of upvotes received. Kind of like a weird way of mining.

Idk having an account that votes as the reward seems a bit too centralized imo.
