How is the Winner Determined?

Each ticket is assigned a number in a ledger, and then a random number generator is used to generate numbers between 2 and 5152 the total number of tickets sold so far.

@summertooth was originally the winner of 3rd prize, but because @summertooth was a prize winner last week, they were not eligible for a prize this week. The next random number was selected for 3rd prize.
