What failforward@failforward said is correct.
You send in Leo to nolosslottery@nolosslottery, and it is assigned a ticket number in the No Loss Lottery ledger.
The Leo is then invested in a Cubfinance Liquidity Pool, and the weekly earnings from that pool given away in a lottery style drawing every Sunday. The drawing uses a random number generator from Google.
