My point is that you have to sell right away to convert to FIAT and pay the rent.

I don't do it because this is all for fun so I don't really need it for rent. Content creators need it to be able to make enough on the platform to pay for the content. At the prices we are seeing for STEEM and SBD right now it is not enough to support that kind of content creation.
