The old top 20 did exactly what they were voted to do, protect the BLOCKCHAIN, not any single Steem holder, or group of holders.

What Sun and the exchanges did was magnitudes worse.

The witnesses jaywalked, the exchanges and Sun committed vehicular manslaughter.

Maybe they were both wrong, but one was WAY WAYYY more wrong.
