The payout for the contest has happened, and this is who I picked.

How I picked

My contests will never be truly trustless, I will always have last say regardless of the "algorithm" I set up.

Here are the steps I took:

1. Sorted the comments by reputation and then looked for the posts that had the most votes. I started at the bottom because I wanted the newest members to get the most benefit.
2. Then I removed any users that are blacklisted.
3. Then I chose.

I didn't include @atma.love in this round because he mentioned that he didn't really need it, however I like what he is doing and @atma.love, I will be sure to sponsor you the next round of HIVE burning a hole.
