Photo: Hot, very hot chili peppers! These Timorese chilli peppers are smashed and, together with other ingredients, make a powerful and HOT sauce called aimanas (literally HOT STICK!)

Taken with my Canon 5D MkIII and Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 IF EX DG HSM Lens. Edited with Lightroom.
Settings: Shutter speed 1/125 at f/5.6, 70mm, ISO 400.
