After discovering that the entire 2017 Hurricane season was being guided by Doppler Radar and fed by massive, synchronized water vapor releases from power plants' WSACs I took my questions to the 2018 American Meteorological Society Conference in Austin. The following is my confrontation, their answers, and my DEBUNK of their bunk replies. Spread the word- our hydrological cycle has been hijacked YEARS ago, and they are finalizing and consolidating powers and technologies as we speak... OUR WEATHER IS FULLY WEAPONIZED!!
