Hola amigos 👋 siempre tenemos una libreta que se daña o simplemente la rompemos sin querer. Cuando estamos en el trabajo ocurre cualquier evento que hace dañar nuestras herramientas de trabajo, en este caso la libreta también empezó a deteriorar su portada ya que era semi cuero.
Hello friends 👋 we always have a notebook that gets damaged or we simply break it unintentionally. When we are at work any event happens that makes damage our work tools, in this case the notebook also began to deteriorate its cover as it was semi leather.
Esta libreta la encontré en este estado, la verdad su portada era un caos con solo verla. Pero mi curiosidad fue más allá. Ya que veía unas hojas limpias, ósea, sin uso, por dentro ni se diga no tenía ninguna raya. Así que manos a la obra para restaurar esta libreta, miren como lo hice.
I found this notebook in this state, the truth is that its cover was a mess just by looking at it. But my curiosity went further. Since I saw some clean pages, that is, without use, and inside it didn't have any scratches. So I set to work to restore this notebook, look how I did it.
Busqué materiales de papelería y todo lo que tenía pero la verdad se me vino una mejor idea que era forrarla con tela.
De manera fácil y rápida logré hacer esta restauración.
I looked for stationery materials and everything I had but the truth is that I came up with a better idea, which was to cover it with fabric.
In a quick and easy way I managed to make this restoration.
Materiales:
- Retazos de tela en color negro
- Aguja de coser
- Hilo de coser
- Máquina de coser
- Descosedor
- Cinta métrica
- Alfileres
- Tiza
- Tijeras
Materials:
- Black fabric scraps
- Sewing needle
- Sewing thread
- Sewing machine
- Sewing machine

- Pins
- Chalk

Pasó 1/ Pass 1:
Para tomar las medidas exactas de la libreta esta la coloqué encima un retazo de tela ya doblado y dejé 1,5 cm de distancia hacia afuera lo medí con la cinta métrica y luego marqué con tiza dicha medición luego corte el excedente de tela con la tijera ese 1,5 cm le hago doblez y paso costura por todas las orillas.
To take the exact measurements of the notebook, I placed a folded piece of fabric on top of it and left 1.5 cm of distance to the outside. I measured it with the tape measure and then marked it with chalk, then I cut the excess fabric with the scissors and folded the 1.5 cm and sewed along all the edges.
Pasó 2/ Pass 2:
Ahora utilicé otro retazo de tela con el mismo largo de la medida anterior pero con la diferencia que el ancho será de 12 cm tanto para la parte delantera y trasera.
Now I used another piece of fabric with the same length as the previous measurement but with the difference that the width will be 12 cm for both the front and back.
Pasó 3/ Pass 3:
Después de tener ambas partes listas la colocamos derecho con derecho y pasamos costura por todas las orillas y al voltear tendremos nuestra libreta forrada completamente.
After having both parts ready, we put it right side together and sew along all the edges and when we turn it over we will have our notebook completely lined.
Pasó 4/ Pass 4:
Como me gustó la idea con tela lo hice en la libreta que le que se le había dañado la carátula.
Estoy encantada con los resultados si nosotros nos proponemos algo solo en segundos vemos los cambios.
As I liked the idea with fabric I did it on the notebook that had a damaged cover.
I am delighted with the results, if we set our mind to something it only takes a few seconds to see the changes.
RESULTADO/ RESULT
La idea es seguir reconstruyendo nuestro mundo de ideas y llevarlas a la ejecución.

Las personas siempre tienen frases para cada situación. Pero no está válido decir: "yo no puedo, no tengo mente para eso".
Uff, lejos pero bien lejos, lleven esos pensamientos negativos. Todos somos seres inteligentes, solo debemos dejar volar nuestra imaginación y te sorprenderás de lo que puedes hacer.
People always have phrases for every situation. But it is not valid to say: "I can't, I don't have the mind for that".
Uff, far but far away, take those negative thoughts. We are all intelligent beings, we just have to let our imagination fly and you will be surprised what you can do.
No me imaginé que podría resulta tan exitoso con tela, y el color negro que elegí, hace ver la libreta más profesional.
Muchos hubiesen tomado la decisión de desechar la libreta solo por el estado de la portada y se compran otra sin ningún problema.
Pero no estaríamos ayudando al medio ambiente y reciclar es un buen aporte para nuestro hogar.
Siempre digo: Recicla, reconstruye y revive.
I never imagined I could be so successful with fabric, and the black color I chose makes the notebook look more professional.
Many would have decided to throw the notebook away just because of the condition of the cover and buy another one without any problem.
But we would not be helping the environment and recycling is a good contribution to our home.
I always say: Recycle, rebuild and revive.
Está idea me gustó mucho, ya que tengo otro libros en este estado de que su portada se daña. Lo aplicaré en estos libros para seguir conservandolos en buen estado para mí uso y de nuestra familia.
I really liked this idea, since I have another book in this state of having its cover damaged. I will apply it to these books to keep them in good condition for my use and that of our family.
Un familiar le gustó la idea para un libro que aprecian mucho y está en la misma condición de mi portada, me hace feliz que también puedan beneficiarse de esta idea.
