About 10 days ago Alys returned to preschool but this time to the 5 year old room, it is her last year at this stage and that makes me quite nostalgic but very happy to accompany her in each step she is climbing in terms of her education full of learning and meaningful experiences.
First I woke up very early to prepare his breakfast, a sandwich, milk and a thermos with water, on the other hand I prepared his school supplies (notebook, pencil, eraser and pencil sharpener) that one day in advance I identified with his name and last name, all of them were placed inside his bag, lunch box and pencil case respectively.
Once I had everything I had to take to school, I went to prepare her uniform and shoes so I could get her up from sleeping which is currently the hardest thing for me because in previous years she used to get up by herself but now she needs my help, after going to the bathroom and brushing her teeth it was time to dress her in her school uniform which is with red flannel and blue jumper, shoes and red socks.
We left the house heading to school and she was very happy because she would see her friends again, on the way I talked to her about the fact that it is her last year in preschool and that she should enjoy a lot because soon she will be in elementary school with the older kids, Alys is still studying in the same school as last year and she still has some friends.
When we arrived at the school we waited a few minutes for other children from the different classrooms to arrive, but since it was the first day there were only 5 girls at the time of singing the national anthem in the school yard, then they went in line to their classrooms.
At the door of the classroom there was a Welcome sign with a bee (which reminded me of Hive) and inside there were balloons, banners and more Welcome as well as decorations alluding to vowels and numbers, ideal for the children's learning and estimation, she was able to meet her little friend Samantha and asked me to take a picture with Alys to remember her first last day of preschool.
I said goodbye to Alys and left her with her new teacher named Lilibeth, she felt a little sad because last year's teacher named Leiny would not be with her, but I explained to her that her teacher would now be in another school with other children and she told me: it's ok mom, we will see her soon, then she drew a smile again on her face.
I hope it will be a year of much learning for my little girl, where she will learn to read and add to prepare for elementary school, but what matters most to me is that she enjoys the journey and is very happy.

Hace unos 10 días aproximadamente Alys regreso a clases en el preescolar pero está vez a sala de 5 años, es el último año de ella en ésta etapa y eso a mi me tiene bastante nostálgica pero muy feliz de acompañarla en cada escalón que va subiendo en cuanto a su educación lleno de aprendizajes y experiencias significativas.
Primero me desperté muy temprano para preparar su desayuno, un sándwich, leche y un termo con agua, por otra parte aliste sus útiles escolares (cuaderno, lápiz, borrador y sacapuntas) que con un día de anticipación identifique con su nombre y apellido, todos ellos fueron colocados dentro de su bolso, lonchera y cartuchera respectivamente.
Una vez que tenía todo lo que tenía que llevar al colegio, pase a preparar su uniforme y zapatos y así poder levantarla de dormir que actualmente es lo más difícil para mi porque en años anteriores se levantaba sola pero ahora necesita mi ayuda, después de ir al baño y cepillar sus dientes llegó el momento de vestirla con su uniforme escolar que es con franela roja y jumper azul, zapatos y medias rojas.
Salimos de la casa rumbo al colegio y ella iba bien contenta porque volvería a ver a sus amiguitos, en el camino le hable acerca de que es su último año en el preescolar y que debe disfrutar un montón porque pronto estará en primaria con los niños más grandes, Alys sigue estudiando en la misma escuela que el año pasado y conserva algunas amistades.
Cuando llegamos al colegio esperamos algunos minutos que llegarán otros niños de las distintas salas, pero por ser el primer día solo habían 5 niñas al momento de cantar el himno nacional en el patio del colegio, luego entraron en fila a su salón de clases.
En la puerta del salón había un letrero de Bienvenidos con una abeja (lo que me recordó a Hive) y dentro del mismo habían globos, banderines y más Bienvenidos igual que decoraciones alusivas a las vocales y números, ideales para el aprendizaje y estimación de los niños, se pudo reencontrar con su amiguita Samantha y me pidió que le tomará una foto con Alys para recordar su primer último día de preescolar.
Me despedí de Alys y la dejé con su nueva maestra llamada Lilibeth, ella se sintió un poco triste porque la maestra del año pasado llamada Leiny no estaría con ella, pero le explique que su maestra ahora estaría en otra escuela con otros niños y ella me dijo: está bien mamá, pronto la veremos, después se dibujo una sonrisa nuevamente en su cara.
