Hello there, today I will teach #howto create a Dolly motion effect on CapCut Mobile. This effect gives a gorgeous transition effect to our clips. You can use it on Pictures or Video clips as well.
There are two ways to make a Dolly effects, you can use it to scale a clip or move it.
