Litecoin was a fork of the Bitcoin code back in 2013. In simple terms, a fork is like being a branch to a tree stem...not the same but part of the original tree.
Litecoin's intention was to be digital silver to Bitcoin's digital Gold. It is fair to say that there is adoption of Litecoin but is it becoming outdated?
