I won't say being educated is the only way one can be rich and succeed in business because as you stated above, personal capital and financial intelligence is needed but education surely plays a significant role.

By being educated, you will be able to avoid risks on financial loss. But that doesn't mean that education should be used as a tool for discrimination by denying others that which belongs to them because they are less educated. Everything should be balanced to promote a peaceful society.
