Many people think of our camera roll as a collection of pictures, but personally, I think of it as more like a diary I never intentionally wrote.
I love capturing every moment of my life. It didn't start now; it started far back during my university days, but I became more intentional about picture collections after marriage. It will surprise you to know that I can provide pictures I took 10 years ago with the current phone I am using now.
I bought a big memory card large enough to store many videos and pictures of my family and me, and each time I change my phone, the memory card goes along with me to my new phone. That's why if you decide to scroll through your memory roll, it will keep you glued for hours, and you won't be bored watching videos, but rather smiling, and getting entertained.
I will tell you for free that whenever my kids feel bored at home, they will always run to me requesting that I give them my phone to watch pictures of the past. There, they will see videos and images of when they were born, when they were still learning to crawl and walk, events we attended as families, and many more.
It's been a collection that brings about bonding in my home and some fun family time together scrolling through captured memories of our lives.
In my camera rolls, you must see things I genuinely love, like, food 😀; family outings; friends' hangouts; selfies, church-related activities; places I visited, name them, and business stuff because for anything I do, I document it all, and they are quite interesting to behold.
Going through some of my camera rolls reveals the kind of person I am, a social being 😉... I don't joke with socials 😀.
I also don't joke with shopping, neither village food market nor mall shopping, and capturing the moments is big, yes ... lol.
I think I also find it difficult to delete videos and pictures, including blurred images, hahaha; I love them like that. lol
Personally, my camera roll shows the life I am actually living, and I love preserving those ordinary moments.
