Greetings everyone ❤️...Welcome back to my blog. It's a pleasure to have you visit always. This is my weekly report as a team leader for the ongoing newbies initiative program and today, I will give an update on the task 5 review basically for my team 1 members.

This post will give an overview of my team members' progress so far, and my observation on their understanding of the last task which was about Tribe tokens, Tipping tokens, Mining tokens & the use of Hive engine.

Hive account@ksam was the tutor and he did an excellent job in taking out time to explain vividly on the subject by sharing his computer screen with all the members present in the virtual meeting held on discord. The meeting was recorded & published on this post and both practical and theory questions were set for the participants to test their understanding of the tutorial.

Now, let's move to my team members' responses to the task given...

TEAM ONE MEMBERS

Currently, I have 7 active members on my team and they all submitted their tasks. Unlike the previous task which gave some of my members a tough time, this one was friendly to them. All my team members attended to this particular task so correctly. I was so amazed especially by the practical part of the given task. They were taught about the 4 decentralized exchanges on hive which are:Hive engine, LeoDex, Tribaldex, and Beeswap.

The question required that they do some hive transactions with any of their desired exchange. Wow, it will interest you to know that the entry I received contained the use of the 4 exchanges by different participants. It was an opportunity for me as a leader to learn more about those I wasn't so conversant with, so it's a win-win for us.

OVERALL REVIEW OF TEAM 1 MEMBERS

Generally, their responses to the given task were positive. Even though two of my members made an eleventh-hour submission but the answers were impressive . It was just some editing error corrections I made to some people. However, I am still not pleased with their engagement level. I have taken my time to explain to them the importance of engagement but yet, most of them haven't still come on board as I expected.

Dear team 1 members, once again, I encourage you all to always engage especially with each other and outside the HL community. As a newbie, this will help your growth in this platform to a large extent.
