Having a birthday is a gift from heaven, but having a birthday with joy, happiness and zest for life is the best thing that can happen to us in life. In this case I am referring to my dear friend and Doctor Gertrudis, she is a blessing in our lives and for us to meet and celebrate with her on this day is a privilege.
