2. Savages and punished persons were not allowed in these games.
3. Women were also not allowed to participate in competitions neither they can see these Games.
4. Only amateur sportspersons could participate in these games and not the professionals.

He thought national and international problems. It was his dream to start the ancient Olympics games at world level. For this he calles various countries in 1893.
