There is an international principle, as an unwritten law that applies in the interaction of States which states that "States have neither friends nor enemies but interests", evidently two ideologically antagonistic countries like USA and China see Bitcoin as a common enemy and apply from their perspectives equally common actions to reduce the influence of this currency in the world, that my friend is colluding, and it is not necessary a formal summit or that their presidents meet, shake hands, sign a document and take a picture to apply a measure to make the interest of the State prevail.
