I used Splex GG (formerly Rent Golem) to rent out my deck and was impressed with the ease of use as well as the money it earned. I was making 2 to 3 times what I could get renting out myself. So the 10% fee was well worth it. It is sophisticated enough to set the prices to how aggressive you want the pricing to be. It can also cancel rentals that are too low such as at the end of the season.

SPS staking is currently around 25% ROI. Still pretty high though principal depreciation is an issue with SPS at around 4 cents.
