San my dudes. So since I'm heading t visit family for New Years, I decides to stop my Gridcoin farm (2 kindle fires plugged into an outlet) and take one of them with me. I remember now why I hated Kindle Fires and I'm going to list a few reasons why:

Bloatware

The Kindle Fire comes with an impressive 5 gbs. 3 of which are taken up with bloatware. I mean it wouldn't even be that bad if it was actually useful, but here's a screenshot of what it looks like. It comes with the Washington Post! I don't read newspapers! And I can't even delete it! It comes with the most random apps I will never use. Some I get but others are just stupid.

The App Store is Garbage

The Kindle Fire app store comes with almost no good apps. Fire OS is just a modified version of Android, which means it can run APK and get the Google Play Store.

Ads On The Lockscreen

Not only does the Kindle Fire come with undeletable bloatware and the worst app store ever, they have the nerve to put ads on the lock screen. Now normally the ads are for hames, but when I took a screenshot this time, it was an ad for amazon.

This is seriously one of the worst tablets I've owned. If you want a decent one, get android. Now I'll admit, with a bit of modification, the Kindle Fire is better than ever, but Amazon should know better.
