What do you mean by a pseudo-science? I'm a numbers person, so I don't find the calculus, math boring, weird as that sounds. I mean, I don't salivate over numbers; it's not like that. There's a satisfaction in working with them, a logic, analysis, balancing and harmony that is almost like music to me, if that makes sense.

Is there another way to watch stuff unfold?

Not from my perspective, but I'm sure others would have different viewpoints.
