Yesterday I experienced a hold on my Uber and UberEats accounts. I was not allowed to order a ride or food, and when I called the help centre, was told there was no information but that I had been disabled from using Uber.
Quite frankly I'm not sure why they tried so hard to keep me off the app.
After appealing the ban around 11pm, I finally received a reply around 2:30am stating that Uber was apologetic and ad reinstated my account.
Even a second account from my phone did not yield a successful order before I had been reinstated.
