I did not realize cacao seeds are white when harvested and need to be toasted to reach a dark brown color before consuming. Thought the seeds were reaped when they turn dark.🍫

I add a tablespoon of cacao powder to my coffee each morning for health benefits, plus it adds a delicious flavor.☕
