Ever since I joined Steemit and came across the Photoshadow Contest for the first time, I find myself searching for shadows everywhere I go.
While shopping at one of the newer premier shopping malls in my area called "The Meadows at Lake St. Louis," I came across this impressive architecturally designed area that artistically begged to be photographed.
The vivid cobalt blue colors of the sky peeked between the pergola's dark wooden crossbeam structures as the sun cast shadows on the stone columns and walkway underneath creating a dramatic effect.
