The small team of Hive community members in Spain

Indeed it is, a small group of Hivians active in Spain, so I find it rather curious that I've not heard anything about a project that is already partially developed. Have I missed any news announcing activities in the area?

I would like to have more details of this information in order to support this proposal consciously. @valueplan
