Hello there! This is the recap of a year of incredible and very enriching experiences! I loved reading this post, I truly love coffee and following your journey from harvesting to teaching the consumer was exciting.

Reading you has transported me there, no exaggeration, and has left me with a great desire to visit those places and taste the product that you elaborate with so much love.

I have also been surprised on many occasions when a barista comes up with different profiles of the same coffee when it comes to tasting it, it is charming and fun. Quite an experience. But what surprised me the most is your coffee wine, wow!
