The problem is not a lack of bees but the fact that cucumbers have separate male and female flowers on the same plant. The male flowers provide the pollen and the pollinated female flowers will actually turn into cucumbers. If the blooms are opening at different intervals, pollination may not be possible. I have had that happen when I had only one pumpkin plant. You may see more progress later in the season
