This time I went for a more abstracted shot, using the material properties of Bone China coffee cups.
Photographed on my mobile, this shot was taken by stacking cups and placing small led lights between the cups. Allowing for the light to scatter through the translucency of Bone China. Dialing down the exposure manually to achieve the warm glow.
The key to this image is using the soft light as a gentle focus point against the harsh curves of the lighting between the cups
I tried my best to keep this as close to abstract as I could but maintaining the hints of coffee cups throughout.
