I've been trying to come up with ideas for inexpensive NFTs on a new platform I'm trying out (SIGN-Art). Found this old paper collage I made years ago and realized it's perfect for a lightly animated GIF.
So glad this turned out OK with just a little bit of work (you need to zoom out to see all the dots changing sizes)
