Body update after a month in actifit!
I am glad I reached 10K counts again today. I really had a lot of movement - moving arouns the office, site inspection for an ongoing Seweage Treatment Plant construction, going to the dental clinic, and finally grocery shopping. Without the shopping, my whole day would normally just reach 5k counts but today it doubled!
I just then realized how much time and energy I really am putting when it comes to buying groceries. Lol. That I even won a free item for reaching a minimum purchase!
And because of that, I deserve a bibimbowl!
