El 19 de octubre de cada año se celebra mundialmente la lucha contra el cáncer de mama, es por ello que en muchos lugares del mundo se realizan marchas y concientización con respecto al tema para educar a las mujeres sobre el cuidado preventivo.
Es por ello que todo Octubre se viste de rosado para apoyar la causa y yo decidí crear una bebida cafeínada conmemorativa, que he titulado café nube rosa. Sin mas preámbulos empecemos la preparación:
Ingredientes:
- 1 cucharada de café instantáneo
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- 2 cucharadas de agua caliente
- colorante rosado
- media taza de leche
- chocolate en barra (decoración)
Preparación:
Yo no utilicé leche líquida, es por ello que en media taza de agua agregue 3 cucharadas de leche en polvo y batí enérgicamente hasta disolver por completo y así obtener una leche mas espumosa.
También agregué un poco de colorante rosa para agregarle este color característico del mes a la leche y ahora la parte mas emocionante es hacer la crema de café que creará la apariencia que le da el nombre a mi bebida "Café Nube".
Para este procedimiento vamos a tomar la taza o vaso donde serviremos nuestro café y agregaremos la cucharada de café instantáneo, la de azúcar y las 2 de agua y con ayuda de una batidora eléctrica vamos a batir hasta que forme una espuma densa y espesa como si de un merengue italiano se tratara.
Ya con la crema de café lista usaremos como apoyo para verter la leche una cuchara, la colocaremos boca abajo e iremos incorporando la leche poco a poco e iremos viendo como la crema de café sube y parece una nube. Opcionalmente, pueden rallar chocolate encima para decorar esta bebida como lo hice yo.
Este fue el resultado final de mi café nube rosa, en conmemoración a esas mujeres que luchan contra esta terrible enfermedad y en apoyo a la lucha contra el cáncer de mama.

That is why all October is dressed in pink to support the cause and I decided to create a commemorative caffeinated drink, which I have titled pink cloud coffee. Without further ado let's start the preparation:
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- pink coloring
- half cup of milk
- chocolate bar (decoration)
Preparation:
I did not use liquid milk, so in half a cup of water I added 3 tablespoons of powdered milk and whisked vigorously until completely dissolved to obtain a frothier milk.
I also added some pink food coloring to add this characteristic color of the month to the milk and now the most exciting part is to make the coffee cream that will create the appearance that gives the name to my drink "Cloud Coffee".
For this procedure we are going to take the cup or glass where we will serve our coffee and we will add the spoonful of instant coffee, the one of sugar and the 2 of water and with the help of an electric mixer we are going to beat until it forms a dense and thick foam as if it were an Italian meringue.
Once the coffee cream is ready, we will use a spoon as a support to pour the milk, we will place it upside down and we will incorporate the milk little by little and we will see how the coffee cream rises and looks like a cloud. Optionally, you can grate chocolate on top to decorate this drink as I did.
This was the final result of my pink cloud coffee, in commemoration of those women fighting this terrible disease and in support of the fight against breast cancer.
