Hoy les traigo una muestra de lo que vienen siendo una serie de olies que prácticamente.
Además de compartirles mi videos también me evalúo, veo una y otra vez los videos para encontrar fallas en mis trucos e ingeniar una solución.
Bueno hay algo que aún no resuelto y es algo clave y es el echo de que mi olie no esta bien ejecutado, siento que no sale perfecto.
Me encantaría leer comentario con la intención de ayudarme, algunos tips, recomendaciones y ejercicios que fortalezcan ese movimiento.
Pues quiero mejorar y perfeccionar mis trucos y creo que no sucederá si no mejoro al 100% el olie
