In divine healing, there are roles played by the healer & by the person receiving the healing.
The healer
- The healer must have faith.
- Jesus gave His disciples power & authority.
- Power creates miracles.
- Power is released, authority is exercised, in faith.
The receiver
- There is an enemy, who stands against us, who does not want us to be healed.
10 The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].
John 10:10 AMP
Jesus came to reveal the will of Father,
for all of us to be healed.
Jesus healed everyone, who wanted to be healed.
God's will is for all of us to be healed, every time
- Sometimes, demons need to be cast out.
- Broken-hearts & emotions may need healing.
- We need to be good receivers, expecting to be healed.
- A good receiver is fully healed.
A good receiver, like the woman with the issue of blood, can appropriate healing, apprehend God's power.
Are we fearful, skeptical of God's goodness?
Do we understand our identity?
How much God loves us?
Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Repent, meta, change; noia, mind.
Metanoia, change your mind, your manner of thinking, the way you see God, the way you see yourself.
