Sometimes, avoiding taking in so many new information can be a good thing especially for mental Health. Like you said, during the covid times, a lot of us were following the news every minute and because of that, we were hearing and reading a lot of news of what covid had caused and this increased anxiety levels and fear. So for me, it can be better to tone down how much information we take in.

Pride and Prejudice is one of those movies you would watch and would want to watch over and over again. Really really interesting movie.
