The HS-DP01 Dot Peen Marking/Engraving machine is the very basic model in HeatSign’s Pneumatic Dot Peen marking systems. This benchtop version is a self-contained and stand-alone marking system for fixing parts easily. It is designed to mark flat surfaces of various parts with accuracy and ease. It is perfect for marking or engraving a variety of metal and plastic parts with hardness of HRC 60 or lower. Nameplate engraving is one of the best examples of products marked using HS-DP01.
With a standard marking area of 120mm x 80mm and an option for marking area customization, the HS-DP01 is a versatile Dot Peen Marker that produces exceptional nameplate engraving and other markings with varying depth of 0.01mm ~ 0.5mm and a speed of 30 ~ 40mm/s depending on the material being marked.
