This post caught my attention because I had not heard of a book that supports introverts, I tend to see titles like "how to be more extroverted", "how to get out of loneliness", "how to interact more with people", among others. As an introvert I generally feel pressured when surrounded by many people as to what to comment on or what to bring to the group. I have been like that since I was a child. Even though I am a very friendly and warm person, it is not easy for me to show that with people I don't trust as much.
One point I really liked in your review is that you commented that thanks to introverts there are many very good works of literature and art. I identify with this because I really enjoy painting, reading or writing alone, it's like an encounter with myself, something I enjoy more than being surrounded by many people.
I would like read this book sometime, thanks for your contribution.
