According to my calculations yeah you only need 7,840 LEO at the moment to be a whale according to the hivebuzz rankings. Bear in mind, there's still only approximately 6,250,000 LEO in circulation at the moment. It's going up each day and from what I see on hive-engine, the total supply will be 1 billion so when all tokens are minted, you will need 1,256,000 LP staked to be a LEO whale.

As with 78,400 and 784,000 LP staked, I guess you can come up with your own names for them! I think Mr Taskmaster has called them "The Big Kahuna" and "The Lion King" respectively but there may be new ranks with a more official title decided by the LEO community :)

Yes, right now, the dolphin rank and Orca are a bit more achievable at the moment due to the low circulating supply at the moment so any tokens distributed through upvoting comments and post earnings/buying will accelerate the progress through these hivebuzz ranks! I'd say now's the time for anyone new to LEO (like me) to get involved with it and stake those tokens!
