This is blast from the past from me today after being struck with a horrendous calf muscle spasm that woke me up this morning in pain I've not felt for a long time. It certainly made my decision not to do any miles/kms today very easy as I can't walk! Fingers crossed it is OK for tomorrow as I'm intending on doing a hike - deep heat and anti-inflammatories on standby!
But with all the news of what's going on around the world - corona, lockdown, injuries, hard forks etc, uncertainty seems to be the word of the moment.
The track below is one I made at a time when I was feeling uncertain about my future path 6 years ago but think it's still relevant at times today. I guess the truth is, we're never really certain about anything but the lesson is... just live in the present because who knows what the future may bring.
