You're very brave to share about the things you struggle with so honestly 👏
If I may make some suggestions?
Not advice... only suggestions and you're welcome to use them or not :)
Please don't beat yourself up! Don't be so hard on yourself for the things you struggle with because we all have traits we are working on and trying to change. And just the fact that you can see them and want to improve your skills is pretty amazing! 🔥
When you feel that rage rise... try and take a bit of time out. Try not to react immediately and to do some deep belly breathing (breath in slowly all the way to the very bottom of your lungs and into your whole belly and breath out very slowly when you exhale only through your nose)
This will slow your reaction down enormously if you do this about ten times.
Then tell whoever you need some time out because you're feeling angry and you want to process it and choose how to respond to the situation after you've been able to think about it clearly. 👍
- If you start to practice any kind of meditation (there are tons of free meditation tutorials on youtube so try a few and find one that you like to begin with - guided meditations of around 5-10 minutes are a good way to start) and you make sure that you practice this every morning as a part of your morning routine...
you are going to find that your mind and reactions slow down within around 5 days.
And if you carry on practicing this for some months you're going to be surprised you every got by without it ;)
Well done for being accountable and focusing on your personal growth at such a young age!!!
