This post has been sat in my drafts for absolutely ages because I’ve been so busy recently and rather stressed out at times. So I’ve decided to get it out there, to focus on the good stuff and stop stressing so much lol!
Some time back I devised the Hive Sound Library which later became this community called Music Technology. However there’s been a few stumbling blocks along the way as Hive doesn’t allow you to embed audio - 
Sometimes it’s easier to just “reset” a project you’ve started if you feel it’s not quite going in the right direction and this has partly been solved for me with the re-launch of 
However for sounds such as field recordings, drum loops and other little things I create to illustrate my articles here, I’m currently using Samply and I’ll share links below.
I’m having a bit of a tidy up there and from herein, calling each a collection which corresponds to the folder structure I’m going to adopt for this library of sounds and it’s going to be simplified as “Hive Sounds”.
You are free to use any of them should you wish, so long as you upvote or for older posts, tip me if you find any of them useful. My aim is to be as creative as possible and each collection will come with at least a few sounds but I want to talk about my process along the way too.
The hope is that these will be longer to write and put together with enough interest for any one into making music on their computer or iPad. The latter being the main one for me.
