I've been a chef for 6 years, this was my own recipe I have used for staff meal for my fellow cooks for years, and I've never seen it anywhere else. It was my first attempt at a post so I do see what you're saying and I appreciate the feedback, I was just worried of being too wordy and such, thanks!
