Here is an alternative open source video player to VLC. The main thing that its different than VLC is its interface style and controls. It can also automaticly find subtitels for your movies. There are many good features of it like all other players but these two point was the best one for me. Its only 8mb and it installs really quick. Its open source so people can contribute for further development.
