20% is great and i still have a plan to stack 250K in HBD over the next ten years. That is plan A. But don't forget about the tax on capital gains.

Having a plan B outside of crypto that myself and my GF can manage is a good thing to have as well.

The benefit to me on this one is that i would buy the property outright and have a very low start up cost. Just fixtures and fittings which im sure can be supplemented with a business grant from the government.

Most start ups take years to become profitable but this one would hopefully be profitable after a few months and generate a profit with very little work. Both myself and my GF could work form the hub as well to keep an eye on things so it would be extra income on top of her real job and my writing online.

Just trying to create something sustainable outside of crypto in case this all falls apart.
