The plentiful rain rolls in off the Ocean, producing the purest water supply. The clean air hits our casks, infusing them with Atlantic-aged flavour. As a big whiskey fan I love getting nice bottles of whiskey for occasions and celebrations. This set was brought over yesterday from a close friend to celebrate our engagement.
It's one that I've never come across before but will be happy to give it a try. Not just on a wednesday night however. A fancy whiskey like this needs a special occasion and somebody with you that appreciates it as well.
I'm sure I can find one willing participant along the way.
